General Risk

Trend Markets provides a platform for short-term predictions on synthetic volatility indices. We do not guarantee profits and cannot protect you from losses. On every trade your stake is at risk: if your prediction is wrong you lose the whole stake; if it is right you receive the stated payout.

Payout percentages are below 100%, so over many trades you need to win more often than you lose just to break even. Past performance of any strategy, tool or trader does not guarantee future results.

Market-Specific Risks

• Volatility indices: synthetic markets with continuous, random price movements that run day and night. They are fast-moving, unpredictable and not affected by news or real-world market hours
• Rise/Fall: small price moves over a few ticks decide the result
• Even/Odd, Matches/Differ, Over/Under: results depend on the last digit of the price at settlement, which is effectively random
• Higher volatility numbers (for example Volatility 75 or 100, and the 1-second indices) move faster and can lose a stake very quickly

Auto Trading, Multiplier & AI Scanner Risk

• The AI Scanner suggests a market from recent patterns - a starting point, not a prediction or a guarantee
• Auto trading repeats trades without you confirming each one and can lose money rapidly if conditions change
• A Multiplier (increasing the stake after a loss) can turn a short losing streak into a very large loss
• Take Profit and Stop Loss work on the running session total and are not a guarantee against loss
• You remain fully responsible for every trade placed on your account, manual or automatic. Always set a Stop Loss before starting a session

Suitability

You should not trade if:

• You cannot afford to lose the money you are trading with
• You do not fully understand how the contracts and payouts work
• You are under financial pressure or in debt
• You are under 18, or below the legal trading age where you live
• You are trying to win back earlier losses

Use the free Demo account first. Demo results are not a guide to Real results, because real money, emotions and execution differ.

Payments & Funds Risk

• Mobile-money, bank and network delays are outside our control and can delay deposits and withdrawals
• Withdrawals may require identity verification and some are reviewed manually before they are paid
• Money sent to a wrong phone number or crypto address cannot normally be recovered
• Trend Markets does not lend money or offer credit, and funds on the Platform are trading balances, not a bank deposit or an investment account, and are not insured

Account Security Risk

If someone gets your password, your 2FA codes or your M-Pesa PIN they can take your money. Turn on two-factor authentication, use a unique password, and never share codes - Trend Markets staff will never ask for them. Be careful of fake websites, e-mails and messages pretending to be Trend Markets.

Technical & Connectivity Risk

• Internet failures can stop you placing trades or seeing results; trades already placed still settle on our servers
• Downtime, server errors or software faults can affect the Platform; we aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Prices and charts you see may differ slightly from the settlement price because of connection delay
• Use a stable connection and keep your device and browser up to date

Nothing on Trend Markets - including the AI Scanner, charts, guides, promotions or messages from our team - is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All trading decisions are yours alone. Seek independent advice from a licensed adviser if you are unsure.

Jurisdictional Risk

Binary options trading may be restricted or prohibited where you live. It is your responsibility to make sure that using Trend Markets is legal for you. By using the Platform you confirm that you are permitted to do so.

Responsible Trading

• Practise on the Demo account before using real money
• Decide in advance how much you can afford to lose, set a Stop Loss and respect it
• Never chase losses by raising your stake
• Take regular breaks and do not trade when tired, stressed or upset
• If trading is causing you financial or emotional harm, stop and seek independent support from your national problem-gambling or financial-counselling service
